This is like Martin Bormann. There was so many speculations until they discover his body in Berlin.

If you are interested by hunting Hitler, I recommend this book: The Berkut by Joseph Heywood.

I have been to Berchtesgarden and in those bunkers. That one building looked like the old General Walker Hotel, not sure though, memory!! I walked around the ruins and that place has been picked apart. That was NOT a recent found doorway, come on. I do like the computer generated models, very interesting.

Thanks for the report. I had guessed that door was not some 'hidden and undiscovered' secret. I also think it is pretty well known that in anticipation of moving the government out of Berlin, that Himmler went north and Goring went south, which would give then two options. Those moves weren't in anticipation of Hitler trying to escape.

They did have a "Rat line" that went south through Italy and a Catholic representative assisted with the false paperwork. Eichmann, Mengele and others used it to escape and move to South America. You look at the old uniforms of Stroessner's military, you would think it was the Werhmacht.

Interesting, poor man's Nazi regime. Never heard that before.

Those dudes were all nuts, no telling what they did or might have done. I'd put nothing past them.

When I worked in a pharmacy in the 80s we had a guy that would come in. His great uncle was Otto something or other, no one real well known or anything. But, supposedly was in the SS.

But, anyway, he comes in one April 20th and he says, "Do you know what today is!!!?" real excitedly.

And the pharmacist didn't know but he is like we all are when someone acts like this about something no one knows, so the pharmacist says, "Arbor Day?"

And he says, "No! It's Hitler's birthday! He'd be 100 years old today!" So, I guess it was 1989.

That dude had some seriously marbles loose. He was one of the ones who claimed that the Jewish people went to tennis camps and then emigrated away instead of going home.

We always just viewed him as some old kook, and left it at that.

They are going thru a lot of trouble to find out stuff that they could have easily found out sitting at home and visiting here or the Axis History Forum. I'm going to look now for what happened to Hilter's two sisters, because they claimed that they were moved to Berchtesgaden near the end of the war but didn't say what happened after that.

This episode they found more stomach medicine, so it must have been Hitler's, as I guess he was the only person with tummy troubles in 1945 [:D]

rico21,
All this is bullshit. How do I know?
It was my great-grandfather who burned his body on leaving the bunker.

Wow, was this him?

Gar nicht, Lucifer ist viel freundlicher als diese Jungs und dann vergisst du, dass die letzten Verteidiger des Bunkers Franzosen waren.

Agreed, the last two have been difficult to watch. They have forgotten about Hitler and gone off investigating the heavy water production in Norway, which is only worth a two minute Wiki search.

On my other other favorite dead end show, Rick and Marty spent more millions digging another hole and finding nothing. Surprise, surprise.

Sounds like they given up actually hunting Hitler and are just padding out the remains of the season.

It is Alive!!! Or after May 1, 1945

Can't believe I am watching a third season on History Channel.

You've been trolled and you know it.

I find it amazing that these History Channel guys and their trolling activities are still around. Impressive. The last time I watched an episode was in the XX century.
