Multi-Player Games

I am trying to set up a MP game of Strategic Command WW2. I have an opponent who says that I need to Play Game / Multi-Player / PBEM Online / Accept Challenge. When I select Play Game, the only options available to me are Single Player and Hotseat versions.

How do I get the option for Multi-Player?
