This current during blizzard, after 6 turns with sitting on a city with supplies and fuel that hasn't been touched. I've checked every turn-495 and 393. And of course it's not just this town and city but all that have been captured with supplies while isolated and not.

You are way ahead of your last working rail head by 17 hexes. As explained cities may only work as supply source if they are connected via rail to your homeland or if you have otherwise isolated/surrounded units with the city in the surrounded area.

I'm sorry I'm being slow on the uptake. I realize that you're saying that the supply draw from a captured city only happens when isolated but as I've stated previously, that's not the case that I've been able to see. This screenshot is from the next turn after I captured this city and also the first turn that the mud isolated the units and this is the same amount of supply and fuel that is still in the city several turns later.

I've been trying to find other threads that brought this up and I found this example stating that it is tapped into during isolation but my previous post shows the amount this one city had prior to the mud turns where all is isolated and there was no tap into city stocks

Ozz, in game terms the units are isolated (due to distance to railhead) but they are trying to pull supply from the supply grid. the cities are not part of it... Sorry, that is the way it works.
