Thoughts on Path Quality

Post by Hailstone »

As a means to compensate for the different performance capabilities of our PC's, Path Quality does not work well with regards to AI play.
The default is High and that's where it should be or why else even play. What I suggest is changing Path Quality to Visibility as a
compensator for PC's. Let's say Visibility defaults to 16 hexes and you find the lag in a scenario to be unacceptable that you won't even
complete the scenario, but if you change the Visibility to maybe 12 hexes you find a major improvement in PC performance. Otherwise, you'll
have to do it at the Editor which is more inconvenient. Sure it might affect how the scenario is played out but at least its more playable.[8|]
