Impossible Manual engage

I don't understand why I cannot engage with the F/A 18E (Flight 5201) the target (Ship: F591 Virgilio Fasan) manually.

Hi

The reason your Hornets won´t attack is because they are flying too high. Drop them down about 300m and they will fire.
You can see the engament parameters for a weapon in the DB viewer.
