My point is you said that you saw a full second delay. I have never seen that. Not even half a second.

There you go, case closed.

So how's this going for you. Are we getting to the closure you were looking for?

Everything you mentioned is OK. %CPU, %RAM, etc. Even the game is OK and performance is fine ... as long as I don't try to zoom or scroll. Between the zoom/scroll click order and the actual zoom/scroll, there's a delay. It has always been like that and I don't feel it's system related but software. I'm really surprise you don't have delay.
BTW I formatted my hard drive yesterday and reinstalled everything from scratch. I'm re-downloading CMANO right now. Will see if it helps to run it on a freshly installed OS.
Thanks anyway for assistance.

I would seriously consider process lasso at a minimum. If game performance is an issue on any level. It can help.

Hi,

try unchecking Borders + Coastlines. I've also a significant delay but when I switch this off then everything is almost smooth. Other settings have no impact for me.

That's a good point. I never even got to the in-game settings. Borders, relief map, and hi fi mode are a few killers. Especially on a mid- to low-spec rig.
