Looking for inexperienced opponent (axis or soviet)

[Schekino]

Hey, I would like to start up a campaign against someone around my own skill level. I've played all the smaller scenarios, and played through the first winter in a campaign against the AI, but I'd rather play against a proper opponent [:)]

I don't have any strong preferences on playing as axis or soviets, so you can decide.
I'll be able to do 3-4 turns a week, probably more on the weekends.
As to bonuses, weather, blizzard etc I'm not too sure what is considered the most balanced, so this can be discussed.
