I was watching tutorial. - guy makes railroad move. There are no railroads on my map.

You need to look more closely. The Nile Delta is covered with rail. And there is a rail line from Alexandria to Mersa Matruh. There is a broken rail line from Mersa Matruh to Tobruk.
