Black Bxes

I saw this posted earlier. Thought patch might fix it but it didn’t. At times I get a black toolbox that blocks part of the screen. (Since it’s black I have no idea what it is. Appaantly it’s happened to many - previous post. And there is no answer except to move it to the upper left - would think there would be a fix / patch
