I assumed the best would have more air kills by then?

Turn 45 Air production

Posting this so Dinglir can get his excel spreadsheet to coincide with what I currently have. Yes, I F***ed up BIG time on my IL2s. Both by moving them out of Moscow and what Dinglir did on the run for the factories. I have paid the price but turn 46 they will finally expand to 4 each on production & continue to climb to 44 each. It was a very painful lesson learned to be a little less timid and don't be trigger happy to move just 1. But I couldnt restart the turn after I did.

Or use strategic bombing to keep the production level from expanding. [:D]

Turn 45 Armor production

Providing it for Dinglir to work on his excel spreedsheets. But as you can see Armor totals are doing just fine.

For others there is also an AFV and other vehicles tracking spreadsheet recently added to the Library of WitE resources thread.

He would have to get closer to where the IL2's are to be able to bomb them.

43 hexes away - not sure where you are at that turn but must be within that?

From where he is in front of Moscow he is over 85 hexes where the IL2 factories are based.

Ah after evacuation! - I was thinking of the bombing more as punishment if you did not evacuate! [:D]

That was the whole crux. I moved only 1 point of each of the 4 factories. Every time I have gotten the turn back the first thing I look at are my precious IL2s!!!! I cry a river of tears every time I see them in this decrypted state since they are an integral part of my strategy on the Road to Berlin. I F****ed up bad on the movement of just one point but I couldn't start the turn over after I moved just the one point evacuation. Lesson learned but the flower is blooming again :)

probably me that has not understood yet then

the Il-2 factories convert from MiG3 factories to just 1 point of Il-2 factories - no matter how large the Mig3 factory is. So while in Moscow you could bomb them to keep them to that low of a production. If you move them when they are sill MiG3 factories you still only start with a 1 point Il-2 factory. Bottom line a German player in the know should only allow you to evacuate an Il-2 factory on a low production run - probably of 1? Of course if a German player let you build something bigger to evacuate that is a different story ...

Ya me too. I do have a couple squadrons over 25 kills but they are in the 80's experience because of aircraft changes.

Morale and experience of Air Groups are not tied to the actual performance of the air group but rather simply to the number of missions performed. I believe that in some future patch, they will put a cap on experience based on national morale.

I have more or less given up on the way I currently calculate totals, as it is simply to much work to maintain the correct formula.

Instead I am thinking on developing a spreadsheet where max production is reduced based on turn of evacuation and number evacuated. I believe this should be possible, but I have not really been able to get there yet.
