Leaders leveling up, but not really

Advanced Tactics is a versatile turn-based strategy system that gives gamers the chance to wage almost any battle in any time period. Leaders leveling up, but not really

At the beginning of a turn, I'm getting messages that my various leaders are leveling up. However, when I look at them on the map they are all still at level 0. I'm playing a new dawn random game. What is going on here?

Thanks, Vic. I noticed it was working correctly a day after I posted so I'm guessing I just didn't have enough coffee that morning. If I see it again, I will send you a save.
