WON game failure

hello: WON was working just fine. Now all of a sudden when I play a turn, The game days just keep repeating and I am unable to save turn.
The message iget> ngc.exe is not responding. Not sure if I may have a couple corrupt files. Help please.

Try the following:
Open the game installation folder. Locate and select a file named autorun.exe.
Press the right mouse button and select Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab.
Tick the option Run this program as an administrator.
Click on Apply and Ok. Double click on autorun.exe for running the game.
