EDIT: After few days of observations from forums and other journals, mostly people are just response with historical examples of tyranny and the catastrophic consequences when Nixon and Reagan aided the effort to China's success and ambitions. Only few comments actually saying what both US and China lack of is no matter whom is in power, or their duration of rules, are no direct relation to ancient history, but rather the consensus of global orders and development plans.

Without these consensus, conflicts and (cold) wars may ensures, especially under the global distaste of tyranny that actually needs more than 5 years to built for the leader's success. If that is true, then I don't have to rewrite the story script a lot.

New Hypersonic Air launched Missile Kinzhal unveiled by Vladimir Putin along other four new weapon systems.

This system is in test phase now. At this moment the only known platform which can launch it is the MiG-31.
His characteristics aren't known but it is speculated that it has a max speed of mach 10 and a range of 2,000 km.

Russian Navy Procuring 73 UET-1 Heavyweight Torpedo

I know radar ranges are ever contested, and usually don't write about it to avoid irresoluble feuds.

I mentioned about Type 346/A radars long time ago, even today nobody knows about their performance, and I saw some heated discussions compare to SPY-1. The only confirmation is 346/A are AESA, and the game did gave them better jammimg-resistence than SPY-1. However, many doubts were casted due to the smaller energy usage compare to SPY-1, as well as the powerplant in 052C/D are subpar to Burke, many analysts suggests they are at best have the same range, if Type 346 may incur some inferior outputs.

That's why the new 055 destroyer have a slightly bigger Type 346A than old one from 052D, thanks by richly provided powerplants. Yet, it's too soon to tell how far it can detect even the "output issue" has been solved. I remember thewood1 mentioned why Chinese were hesitant to install new sensors, and one of the reason could be the energy deficiency.
