Hi folks, being bored at work and just coming back to TOAW after many years away (16 I think) I've started researching the WW1 conflict in East Africa with a view to eventually making a scenario. I've looked to see if this scenario has been done for TOAW before but I can't find anything. This surprises me a little as I think it could make for quite an interesting scenario (although probably not easy to do well and make both a historically accurate and a well balanced game). But I have a little passion for this period at the moment. Has anyone ever made such a scenario? If not I might give it a go. If they have I would like to see how well it was made.

The monster WW1 scenarios have separate areas incorporated for -among others- also East Africa, but to my knowledge no one has ever made a stand-alone scenario for this specific theater.
Such a scenario would be a great addition indeed.

Did you read the book on Lettow Vorbeck? I might have mixed up the name but a real good book called African Kaiser

I've got six books on the conflict but not that one! I'll look out for it if I can find it cheap.
