[Fixed 998.7] Silent Service New Scenario Start

Greetings,

Command V1.14 Build 998.5

When starting a new Silent Service Scenario I receive a open/save dialog box and it doesn't load the briefing. I tried several other scenarios in the other addons and I don't receive that error. Picture attached. Hopefully.

This issue has been addressed in the latest hotfix [:)]
