All Maps are Gray

Folks,

All my maps are gray. WIN10 machine plenty of RAM. Get a message on loading a scenario that I have the incorrect .epp file?

All other games function without issue. Version III was fine.

Any suggestions to get color back into my maps?

So I rebooted my PC and the .epp message is gone.

But the maps are still all gray

More details would be appreciated - e.g. What scenario? Did you update to the latest patch? Could you dump your DxDiag file here? Where did you install TOAW IV, e.g. C:\Program Files (x86) or, as recommended at another folder?

I have same issue. Affects all scenarios that I;ve tried. Matrix support tried to help but no luck. also running Win 10

Hey guys I figured out what my issue was. Under Options somehow the contrast was set to 20 instead of 0. The moment I changed it to 0 the gray went away and everything looks normal again.

Strange but there it is! Sorry to bug everyone!

Second problem. Game menu opens up but when I click "play" all I get is text list of scenariios, no graphics at all.

What username are you running under?

I've seen a few problems caused by using non-english characters in the username. They can be worked around, but I don't understand how they could make things monochrome.

What model of the Intel graphics are you using?
