Advanced Tactics is a versatile turn-based strategy system that gives gamers the chance to wage almost any battle in any time period. The initial release focuses on World War II and includes a number of historical scenarios as well as a full editor! This forum supports both the original Advanced Tactics and the new and improved Advanced Tactics: Gold Edition.

Just started playing ATG recently, I must say that your opening moves were very impressive. One of these days, I should try playing humans (though, im sure I'll be slaughtered since I still have some very basic supply bottleneck issues I have yet to figure out a solution for).

Quick question about the AAR posting process itself though:

I've been working to put together an AAR, but I'm not sure what the best way to use pictures on this forum is; can you give me a suggestion? I could post links to flickr, but what else can I do that will embed the picture in the post? I tried attaching, but in the "preview" function, I see nothing of the image in the post.

When I write a post I cannt add an image. Maybe I do something wrong or my access is wrong somewhere. But after I had sent the post I can edit and add an image. So I do it in two steps.
In case I want add ore than one image I load them to a PowerPoint sheet (where it is easy to add marker, arrows ...) and save all as one image. This one I upload with the post here.

(@ robphx387: I answer to your post here as you posted in an AAR where I think it is off topic.)
