I don't think so, I don't see any C++ errors. Its not POA2. It might just be some mock up to look like a military system.

Eastern Alaska, Western Yukon, North of any of the 'familiar' towns or settlements
it is just about as middle of nowhere as you can get. Trees, rocks and water in
summer (Jun-Sept)ice the rest of the year. Very few people on the American or
Canadian sides but the scenery is spectacular in places. The largest settlements
on the section are Coal Creek and Circle City - now just called 'Circle" both are
100 or less inhabitants. The Alaska Highway is south of these sections.

Sometimes films use real software, sometimes its easier to just create their own which is really just some images designed in a graphics package and animated then shown on screen with a real screen or a green screen so it can be put in post-production. That was not CMANO.
