No message logs

Command v1.14 - Build 998.4

Since I've updated Command from 1.13 to 1.14, I've noticed I didn't get any log message anymore.
No message appeared in the log window in the game. The log files were correctly created in the "Logs" directory, but remained empty.

When checking the "Message Log" tab of the "Options" menu, I've noticed all the messages types were disabled.
After I enabled all the messages types, the log messages appeared as usual.

As an experiment, I tried to delete the "Config/Command.ini" file and start the game. When looking in the "Message Log" tab of the "Options" menu, all the log types were disabled.

It seems that, at least in my configuration, in the default configuration, all the log message types are disabled, which is not the expected behavior.

+1 to that report.

After a short hiatus, I came back to CMANO and I thought my game was somehow broken. I do not remember having to manually activate the different logs/popups with the previous versions (there should be a default setup there). That could be really puzzling for new players.

Also a short description of each message type would help deciding which one we want to activate.
