I still disagree. For me I won this game. Any other unit in London would have been killed. Under these conditions it is nearly impossible to take London. But not because of good defense but a gamebreak AA unit.

I did the same in other games... with no success.
Well, not with no success, with a snowballs chance in hell of success!

Mr Sugar bombed the crap out of London in no time. That was really really really depressing.
And I guess there was another game (Sugar vs... can't remember, there is an AAR too) in which the British even had AA level 4 in cities (I only had 2) and it didn't help.

But it's hard to compare. We don't know the other circumstances. I will just try it myself to see what works and what does not work.

I also tried to bomb the AA out of the city, and I should have succeeded with 10 bombers in the 3. run; but due to the losses in previous turns the predictions went into the ground, so I decided to 1. eleminate the belonging HQ and 2. to win air superiority. Next spring I landed a few units and took the city, and even if I had to hold the city for the next turn, there wa nothing left to counterattack.

I can`t see a gamebreaker, if I look at the stats your losses were too high in total and your focus an London too weak, Amadeus. I understand it`s frustrating, but I guess Du hast die Flinte zu früh ins Korn geworfen. Doesn`t look like a defeat for the Axis at all.

I'd say for tournaments there needs to be different victory conditions.

Why not produce better balancing at first? These conditions were the same in Breakthrough SoE, and that was very well balanced, according to the best players I met.
