Problem with Editor

I have noticed (after several years) that some LCU are defined in the editor but do not appead in the scenario.
Example: Scen 2 has 43rd Div and 100th Div defined to appear at the start (location 3072 and 3854) but the divisions do not appear. The same applies to the divisions in location 3855 - 3857. What is this???
I have been able to define new units in free slots in my own scenarios.
Any ideas?

Those divisions may be in game in form of their smaller component units.
Do those divisions have a correct date to appear?

You are right. The division in 3854 - 3857 have components which havn't turned up yet. I assume that is the case for 43rd division as well (I havn't found the pieces).

You might also notice some other units which are "emergency reinforcements" which arrive only in case some specific place or other is invaded or invaded during a certain period.
