Aircrafts engage the target but don't shoot any weapon

Hail.

I've created a scenario.
I've placed 20 enemy aircrafts with Marittime strike load-out in the Napoli Capodichino Air Force Base.
I've created a scenario to strike the Aircraft-Carrier (Enterprise) by the enemy aircrafts "Tornado IDS A-200C".
I've created a mission called "NS".
The enemy aircrafts take off from the Capodichino AFB but they don't shoot the "AGM-88E AARGM".
I don't understand why they engage the Aircraft Carrier only but don't shoot their weapon against the target.
Could help me to understand what's wrong.

Can you go in and respond to the help others are offering you before posting more issues and requests? People are trying to help you and all you seem to do is respond with more issues.

And second off...is the carrier radiating any radar? I am assuming you know the missile is an anti-radiation missile.

I loaded the scenario, but you have no missions defined. And the Enterprise is the blue side anyway. Maybe you uploaded the wrong file after you changed sides?

Yup! That's the first thing to check. Look at the Contact Report and Last Detections.

Loaded the scenario. Tornados are assigned to mission NS. However no target is designated. After adding the Enterprise as the target, the Tornados indeed do not attack. They are all armed with AGM-88 anti radiation missiles. If you use SHIFT-F1 to bring up the attack screen, and designate Enterprise as the target, you'll see that it says "Cannot fire. Target is not radiating.

Going to the US side, Enterprise is not radiating in any manner. So the AGM-88s won't fire.

You need a different load out for your Tornados.
