Hans mon ami—

That image most assuredly does NOT portray Wave First-class Harriett B. Primly, SPECOPHAG—she who has been assigned to ride F.W. for tardiness and poor attitude.

"Kindly freshen your reportage, Lieutenant Bloomquist-Rose. That your ink has run dry is no excuse at all. Where on earth would we be if everyone waltzed about with empty clips?"

In the cosy tent, the nightmare of her green-apple crisp delivery makes FW's molars grind him to panicked wakefulness. Thankfully, Bella proves quite therapeutic in his relief.

And thankfully too, Miss Primly resides with roommate Arlene Harquell in a stuffy two-roomer in Chula Vista, and therefore cannot possibly influence FW's upcoming report...

The image? Bella.

Hans-

Yes, that is our darling Bella.

I guess it shouldn't be any big surprise to us that Lt. Bloomcrist-Rose wanders off here and there and that we don't hear from him for weeks at a time.

Well, Allied High Command believes that Lt. F. W. Bloomcrist-Rose needs all the support he can get.

Operation Bella Arbel

Allied Invasion of Talaud-elanden

September 21, 1943

1.) Operation Bella Arbel Invasion Fleets are 80 miles due east of Morotai; 200 miles from Talaud-elanden; and have a detection level of 2/2.

2.) Allied recon indicates that Talaud-elanden is empty of Japanese troops, aircraft, and ships. I find it difficult to believe this report, but I suppose it is possible that El Lobo did not garrison Talaud-elanden or has evacuated Talaud-elanden.

3.) Allied ground forces will hit the beaches at Talaud-elanden tomorrow; September 22, 1943.

A map of Talaud-elanden and the surrounding vicinity is below.

Christmas Eve Brawl

1943

They clashed on the land, in the air, and on the sea,
Each seeking and fighting for victory.
They played their deadly game,
With blood, smoke, and flame.

El Lobo the no good, dirty rotten Evil Emperor guy.
And Captain Haggard causing a lustful look in Bella's eye.
El Lobo that misguided war-mongering JFB,
Captain Haggard grinned and whispered, "PT."
