3,3 question

I am toying with a game of 1943 as German with Maximum support.
When I use my airforce in interdiction on enemy Tank armies I dont get much tanks as kills the most I got i 32, and then I used about 300 He 177, 250 Ju 87G and some 200 Hs-129:s but I destroys alot of artillery pieces and maybe around 1500 men.
This tank army moved into that hex last enemy move so their shouldnt bee much of entrench value.

Why dont my supply go across the Kerch sound??

Air attack against tanks has been toned down in 3.3. It is much more difficult to destroy tanks that have a decent defence rating.

Why do you need maximum help as German in '43 You have better tanks, better planes and as long as you're a bit careful with your infantry you can do very well.

Only testing by retreating back to pre 41 borders to see if they can hold the line, my thaught were to see if by getting help that will simulate a Germany on total war footing.

OK I read about the down tooning of air attacks, but isn´t it to much, I maneged in 5 turns to destroy some 95 tanks when I used my tank hunters:eek:

I got 700 tankbusters in use but I am only killing 50-120 tanks a week, the russian tank produktion is about 3-4 times bigger each week, they have 8000 T34(43):s

Well, if you were to kill the entire Russian production with your airforce then you would win pretty quickly, don't you think?! The fact that you can practically destroy from the air a Tank Army at a point of your choosing is, IMHO, more than enough.

If you retreat to the Leningrad - Kiev line immediately you have excellent chances of holding it and even of taking Leningrad.
