Is there a limit to Amerikan bomber losses??

I seem to shoot down abot 450-550 a month but they still seems to "roll over" me.

Arnaud once said that they get essentially unlimited replacements. So you won't weaken them too much, but their experience will suffer if losses are bad.

have you bothered to look at the historical numbers?

you can dish out 500 lost and they just smile and keep coming

Well "historical"?

IF they lost 500 B17G each month of for a half year I would say that the Luftwaffe were bleeding the amerikans and British to death, OK they can perhaps build a thousand bombers each month BUT to give them a crew able to get them to the target in one pice would get harder for each loss, not to mention the fact that it isnt easy to fly in formation under attack from air and ground units.

Chairman,

One other thing I forgot to address before is that damaged and destroyed are lumped together in the losses number, but higher durability planes actually lose fewer than low. So the "losses" may be coming in at 500 per month but a significant part of that will be damaged rather than destroyed, I believe. It could easily be over half the total.
