Because one of the membership is a true gentleman and treated me to SC3, I was able to get my chance to see how it has evolved since SC1 (I'm just going to fail to acknowledge those tile versions, sorry, just couldn't stand tiles).
Played the cliche opening campaign, 4 turns to crush Poland. I'm not considering myself anything special at doing that on a first playthrough.
The design looks soo much more. Pretty much liked everything I saw. I ignored the rest of the war and just quickly played through the attack on Poland. I'm sure I should have been doing plenty of other things as well on those turns.
Anyway, it was a great introduction to the game. Looking forward to not needing my old SC1 program now
