Tooltip issues

Hey guys. I too have windows 10 and have tried almost everything. It works just fine except that when I scroll over a unit and then scroll away, the area where the tooltip was is distorted. Doesn't sound like a big issue, but when there are several ships close to each other and you are trying to select one, it is a massive pain. Here is what I have under the commands:
"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -w -px1536 -py864 -SingleCpuOrders -archive -SkipVideo-deepColor"

If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!

I tried uploading screenshots of what it looks like but I could only save it in a .png file, which isn't supported by this forum. If you think you have a solution and would like to see a screenshot let me know your email in a private message and I will email them to you!

I have the beta installed and am running it in windowed mode, but I am not running any mods whatsoever.

Try the following switch;

-dd_sw

Also, make sure that you have a space between each switch. Your last two don't have a space between them....GP

From the shortcut path you posted, you are using the official WitP:AE release, not the beta (even though you may have the beta installed).

Attached is a .zip file with two shortcuts - one for the official release, and one for the beta. Try them out and see if it resolves the issue. We'll go from there.

If you'd like to easily create your own shortcuts, you can also click on the link in my signature to download SeaBee; it's what I used to create the shortcuts. This is what it looked like creating your official release shortcut:

It appears to have fixed my problem! Thanks so much, that's the one issue that's been keeping me from really getting into the game!
