France uses defensive HQ support.

Germany adds two bombers to the attack. They are escorted by one fighter.

Will France send their bomber to try and add some defensive ground support?

Yes please.

Bombers drop their payload on German paratroopers negating +1 from paradrop. Same time they shoot down enemy fighters. Then they land to Rouen for nice dinner and wine.

The German fighters are in a hurry to get home for breakfast and turn back before the target. Thereby missing out on the French bombers...

Three land attacks this impulse.

The land combat table for the attacks in Kina are decided by the Chinese. Either the Communists or the Nationalists. However, the odds against the Nationalists is 7:1 and would be automatic if it was blitz, so the assault table is sort of given already. Therefore the only combat that is in question is the 4:1 +1 attack in northern China.

What LCT should be used for the 4:1 +1 attack on the Communist Chinese division? Blitz or Assault?

The attack versus the Nationalists was a disappointment. The low die roll halts any further advance for this turn. [:(]

The battle southwest of Paris was a German success although I suspect that there is some disappointment with the result of the combat.

The defenders were shattered. The risk that the turn does not continue felt to great to convert the result to retreat.

A break in the action because the Axis side needs a conference to decide on the air rebases.

Japan rebase a bomber from the North to the South.

Italy rebase a fighter from northern Italy to the Paris front.

Germany rebase a bomber form Germany to central France.

No reorganization.

Turn can end on a die roll of one, and a one is rolled. Turn ends. [:(]

No partisans.

Italian and Japanese end of turn:

This may need to be modified due to US entry options.

Preliminary planning:
Italy save one oil in Milan. The rest go for production. Italy has 6 BPs for production.

Japan save one oil in Osaka. All other resources, and oil, go to production for 16 BPs.

Only CPs stay at sea.

The Italian SUBs return to La Spezia.

Oil reorganisation:
Japan reorganizes all units for one oil (0.8). Please, use the oil in Osaka.
Italy reorganize all their units except the LND3, for a cost of no oil (0.4).

Production:
Italy (6):

PIL
LND3
SUB (2nd)

Japan (15):

AMPH (1st)
CVL (Zuiho) (2nd)
2 x Pilot
MAR Div
NAV2
CVP1

Japan destroy the factory in Kweiyang.

Reinforcements:

Italy:
FTR2 (Falco I) -> Genoa
SUB -> La Spezia

Japan scrap one LND2 (Ki-30)

Japan:
ATR3 -> Sasebo
MECH + GARR -> Osaka
Synth -> Osaka

Remove CVP1 (D3A1)

Axis goes first if we win the initiative.

Edited to show the actual Japanese production after US froze the Japanese assets.
