Scenario data from previous versions

How do you get scenario data from previous versions?

I know I can go to the editor and get the scenario data from the current install of the game from the .csv export.

But I have some games still using scenario data from previous versions as they were started under them. So how can I get an export of their scenario data? The scenario data is not shown in the export tsv from the commanders report.
