TGW 1941-45 Supply = 1??!

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

TGW 1941-45 Supply = 1??!

German supply "collapsed" in mid-October, 1941, and has been "1", yes, ONE, since then. It's now turn 36, February 22, 1941. Anyone know WHEN this unrealistic supply level will be increased.?!
