This is the first time I've got this far into 1943 (4/3/43). Four AVDs went into refit at Pago Pago. I checked Manage Ships under Repair, and they are X'D out across the board. In days to repair X, Peirside X, Repair ship X. They won't go Ready. I guess I will have to wait until I get an ARD there to repair them. Any ideas.[&:]

One option is after their upgrade delay has run its course change them to Ready (there will be a 3 day delay from that) then send them to someplace with greater repair facilities.
