The Israeli Orders of Battles are notoriously difficult to learn about, as IDF is still quite secretive about them. "Tanks of Tammuz" is a good read, recommend it, and gives a detailed description which may or may not be true (tinfoil hat on), but serves as a neat source for this scenario.

What I particularly like is the addition of recon aircraft, which changes things quite a bit [:)]

I would suggest Osprey books regarding the 1967 and 1973 Arab Israeli wars as both books have a pretty detailed OOB for both sides
