Japan prefer to go first but it isn't all that important so no reroll should be used. And if Germany thinks otherwise then we can let Allies go first. Bad weather might spoil things for Japan anyway.

Can we go first?
CW need to send ships to seas and troops to France. Maybe France need to adjust line too? Allies have +2 initiative at the moment.

I think we should go first if you can make sure that Gort is not stacked alone. Edit: Alone in the front line, that is.

We go first, roll for weather, and then we sleep on it, and continue tomorrow?

Should advance in China to give pressure and keep large amount of Japs OOS?
Actually Nationalist can't move in north, but Communist can. Sian MIL can go with HQ and another MIL from HQ hex can follow INF.

German EoT instructions
One resource in Sweden is idle, send it to any factory.
All oil is saved. Save 2 oil points to Berlin, 2 oil points to Vienna and 1 oil to Prague.
Stay at sea and RTB
Sub to Kiel
Oil use
Germany reorg all except BB Schlesien, BB Gneisenau, CA Deutchland and 1 CP for 3,45 oil using 2 saved oil and oil going to Vienna.
Production 15
Synth Oil
NAV3 (or should I build ATR3?)
INF
Pilot
Old plan was:
1939 S/O
Production 15
Synth oil
3x Pilot
LND2
(I will build only one Synthetic oil)
1939 N/D
Pilots
2 planes
Land units
1940 J/F
Pilots
3x LND2/FTR2
Land units
New plan:
If I build 2 Synth oils as you suggested I can build something like this:
1940 J/F
2x Pilots
2x LND2/FTR2
Land units
1940 M/A
2x Pilots
3x LND2/FTR2
Land units
What do you think?
Annual additions
Scrap Do 17M and 2x Ju86G
"No" to Gneisenau question
Remove Do17Z from Kiel. That was forgotten last time. I wanted to place pilot to FTR2 to protect Berlin and Baltic Sea convoys so I ask that no Allied bombers will fly to Baltic Sea this turn.

Currently their longest range bomber reach the 2-box and that is on extended range. It will have 30% chance in fine weather and it is Jan/Feb coming up so not all that likely that the weather is fine. Also, if that bomber is in the Baltic then it is not ground striking your precious front line units and force you to fight those pesky British fighters.
And, most important of all. You have a sacrificial bomber that can be used as a front bomber and first loss when you expect important air combats.

RE: NORDIC CHANNEL: Orm and Mayhemizer
I think it is wise to build the second synth. It will increase the long term production and it is a kind of insurance. However, perhaps the synth should wait for next turn when the need for pilots might be less?ORIGINAL: Mayhemizer
Nord 2
German EoT instructions
Production 15
Synth Oil
NAV3 (or should I build ATR3?)
INF
Pilot
I would might build the third as well although I probably wait a few turns before deciding.
I suggest that you build both aircraft and skip the INF. You have 3 pilots as reinforcements in Mar/Apr and it would be nice if they could all enter 3 aircraft built in 1940 and from 1940. The stuka arriving next turn could take one of those pilot slots but then you have no good reserves if a pilot losses his aircraft.
Alternative build for this turn, and next.
Production 15:
NAV3
ATR3
2 x Pilot
MIL
Save 3 BPs for synth next turn
Production 18 (or 19):
Synth
FTR2
2 x LND2
Pilot
INF (or 2 x MIL)

I removed that pilot last time, CW player just forgot to do that. I think it’s fair to go like this.
Germany has only 3 CPs in reserve, I need to protect them in Baltic Sea. As CW player I would send bomber every turn to hunt them.

RE: NORDIC CHANNEL: Orm and Mayhemizer
Indeed. It might be fair. But then you would have an aircraft available in the coming turn if you changed plans. For example, after they used their long range bombers. So not all that fair.ORIGINAL: Mayhemizer

May I suggest that the bomber stays, that the 5 range FTR2 protects the Baltic for a short while, and that Italy rebase up their 4 strength FTR2 as soon as possible to sit guard instead? Freeing up all German aircraft for the West front.
Although I wouldn't mind getting a NAV3 in return for the Italian fighter. [;)]

But it is also because I felt that CW, and France, has put a lot of focus on what Italy does, instead of putting their focus on Germany. I would like to keep some of that focus on Italy.
So breaking down the MTN might cause:
1) An invasion somewhere. Egypt, Syria, Malta, and Cyprus, are all possible targets although I have to look at the map first because I do not remember the extent of Allied positions in the Med.
2) CW so concerned about Italian invasions so land units, ships, and transporters, are tied to the Med. Maybe even change their impulse type.

RE: NORDIC CHANNEL: Orm and Mayhemizer
I think it is a nice plan, but to risky for my taste. The fine weather and possible long turn makes me want to play this defensively. And definitely not disorganizing any units by moving them in the first impulse.ORIGINAL: Mayhemizer

Also, I think it is likely that Japan will attack the Changsha area, and if the first attack is a success for Japan and their troops remain organized, then Changsha may full the next impulse as the city will become very tough to defend. If that happens then a mountain defence is needed to slow the Japanese down in central China and those units were just sent to close the pocket.

I think I remove that pilot. At least I ask opponents opinion without telling the reason.
German NAVs are ment to go where Italy needs them. Although if there is juicy fleet in unprotected UK port, should I port strike? If we sink CV ot TRS it is lots of harm for CW.

USSR has a plan for securing Leningrad by demanding some protective land northwest of the city. The Fins, who actually should be part of the Soviet Union, might object to this plan. The preliminary date for the demand to be made in 1st impulse in JUL/AUG and if the plan is to go ahead preparations will be made this turn.
The Soviet Union requests pre-approval of the plan from USA since it might cause a war with Finland. If USA decides that the cost for them is to high, then the plan will be cancelled. And then this turn can be spend on other thinks than sending troops to the Leningrad area.
