cant reinstall game

Did an uninstall(win 10) and then tried plenty of times to reinstall the game.
It will not happen.After just a few seconds the setup screen will freeze during the 'creating uninstall' part of instalation and if i click on it will give me a message that is not responding and then stops and close the application.

Any ideas?

Had no such problem the 1st time.

How much time does it take to the tech guru of the game to give a little bit of support?Almost 10 days ago i posted my question and i have no answer so far.
For a game so recently released the tech support seems to be lugging.

Can someone please help me?I have a game that i cant even reinstall.[&:]

Try deleting all of the files manually. Including the files under documents games. Then once you're clear of all of the files then try to re install the game manually. My question for you is do you have a disk or are you doing it from a download. If you're doing it from a download try to request the fresh download....GP
