Panzer losses don't look too bad at all. You need to use maximum aggression while you have all the advantages in the first year. Forget the losses.

Don't let Ivan dig down along the rail lines in those forests to the north of the Minsk-Moscow road. It will cost you a lot more to dig him out of there later on if you don't get there first. Same applies to Leningrad.
