Cursor Arrow Pixelated

I am running Win10 on Boot Camp on a 27" 2016 iMac. Finally have screen resolution dialed in, but the cursor arrow is a big blob of about 10 pixels. Any suggestions on how to fix?

sorry no idea on imac but would guess it has too high a DPI
