Lines slowing down game..what are they?

Lines slowing down game..what are they?

Not sure where all these lines came from. The slow the game down and make scrolling nearly impossible sometimes.

What are they and how do I get rid of them? I've tried every option from the list.

Actually, those look more like DBRs than PO Tracks. If so, they are toggled via the Unit Visibility button. See page 64.
