Destroyed units can be converted to retreated

1. Get a 2S result
2. Attacker choses to convert the result into retreat
3. Defender chooses one unit and destroys it
4. Defender chooses that same unit and presses "No effect" button
5. Defender repeats points 3 and 4 for a second unit
6. No unit has been destroyed and the 3 of them are retreated
