New Computer - Issue trying to upgrade to latest version

I finally bought new computer as game wouldn't run well on my old computer (Celeron Chip - graphics issues).
I installed using the original install file I had and it installed fine and I can play the game. When I run
the upgrade to upgrade to latest version it appears to install fine and goes all the way to the end and when I
click finish and then close, I get the following error message and nothing works. error message is Failed to
extract project file to memory.

can be a number of things this can be,

eg you still have the item in memory, eg game open and in use,

or AV has or is checking the file,

or you have downloaded and installed from a desktop folder, which doesn't have the right permissions, moving the file to a none desktop folder will fix.

so install game and exit

then install update and again exit.

plus if you have the old installer?

2.00 requires a completely new installation, so uninstall the game all together and download the newer one

Don't forget to update it to 2.01!

I had to download version 2 and uninstall this version...then install the 2.01 upgrade and now working...can I
use old display?
