Where can I find the number of Admin Points I have available?

Where can I find the number of Admin Points I have available?

Hi, all.

Trying to play the big campaign against the AI. I'm the Soviets.

The scenario says I get 50 Admin Points per turn.

How can I view how many AP I have expended so far in the turn and how many I have remaining?

Very frustrating that it is so hard to find such basic information. Searched the manual, but it did not reveal...[&:]

Top right corner (where the arrow points) is how many points you have left
