No supply in the south during winter

My supply vanished during the snow turn, Kiev have supply level 1
All my corps are in dire conditions, they got hundreds of Tigers an a couple off thousend Panthers but they are all going down the drain, supply are down to 5-15%.

Is this a BUG

Perhaps you or your opponent got a version mix up. The Possum maps are different, yes?

What's your WIR version used ?
Was a rail hex near Kiev seized by partisans ?
Do you have a standard campaign/mission or a Possum one ?

Do you still have a savegame from the turn before this sh** happened ?
-> Try to replay this turn to see whether it happens again or not

I am using 3.3, I saved the turn the partisan got my rail line but I sent panzers to take it back the same turn BUT I didnt turn of the game so in the evening I started again and after 4-5 turns I had no supply so I restarted with my saved game and after a turn I got back my supply so now its working as it should
