Provide files to play cinematic intro

Dear Support Staff,
I've had a recent thread in the general discussion, but thought perhaps those who know more about the tech side could provide me with the necessary files to be able to play the cinematic intro again. I liked this in TOAWIII.
It was in the first releases of TOAWIV. I have the old intro movie from 3, if you could just instruct me and provide the necessary files to reinsert in 4 so I can still play it, that would be great.
