I'm new to TOAW IV but as an old SPI fan am really enjoying getting my head around the game. Are there any Spanish Civil War scenarios available, either for this or earlier versions? Where would I find them? Thank you in advance for any advice or help.

There's about a dozen scenarios for the Spanish Civil War on Rugged Defense and I downloaded the one with the right name.
I ran it through the editor for TOAW IV and it's ready to playtest.
