Traditional Counters?

I am installing this a new computer & I can't find where/how to enable Traditional Counters view in the game. Help Please.

When you start the game - or restart an ongoing game - the OPTIONS panel will open. The counter and border style options are at the bottom of that panel.

Edit: on re-checking, it appears that changing the option is only available upon starting the game... not on restarting.

Yes, I found that but I get only 3 options & none of them are the NATO style counters. Old option disabled? Need a mod?

If you were using a counter mod you probably have to reinstall it after the game was updated.

Deslect 3-D Units.

Top left option, under the VIEW column.

Also note there is a hot fix patch for a minor bug introduced in the last patch.

I went and checked again, Gamer1745, and you are correct: The option arrows have been inactivated. As a wargame grognard I've been playing with NATO symbols for a since I got the game... but now I am locked into the NATO symbols. An earlier option choice is stored somewhere.
