Ra Mod Installation Help

I ask for help in making a precise and complete installation of the Witpae mod Reluctant Admiral (please move this thread in another forum section if this isn't correct)

1 you have to download the scenario and put it in the scenario folder

2 you have to download a map on purpose, and here the problems begin.
of maps there are 3,
Extended_Map_Data_and_Art.zip
Extended Map Data for Roads with Stacking Limits.zip
and those that are in the DBB !

The mod instructions are not clear!
First says: 1) RA 7.0 scenario is set up for use with an Extended Map that has several enhancements/changes, to both the Map Art and the Map Data, over the stock map that comes with the game. So you MUST download and install the Extended_Map_Data_and_Art.zip file set in order that these scenarios function properly. They WILL NOT work correctly with the stock map art or the stock map data files (pwhexe.dat, pwzone.dat, pwzlink.dat). There is an Installation ReadMeFirst.doc file in the Extended_Map_Data_and_Art.zip and we strongly suggest you open and read it after you download but BEFORE you install the files..

then: 2) If you wish to slow down in the CBI Theater please use the Extended Map for Roads with Stacking Limits.

and then: 4) The Reluctant Admiral scenario can be played using Babes-Standard individual hex Stacking Limits. If you wish to do so, just download the Extended Map Data with Stacking Limits.zip from the Babes site on the Map and the Limits page. !!!

if i want a SL extended map with slow down chinese movement , what i have to do?

3 the art!
even admitted to download them all and install them all, some overlap but ok, the problem is especially in the cumulative art 2, here there is a pwhexe! What should I do with that?

4 is the mod compatible with the last beta patch ?
