Update failer (1.14)

I tried updating from 1.13.1 (the hotfix) to 1.14 and received an error message -- "Unable to download file. An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file."

The second attempt yielded another message after the installer froze-- "Error" Update information for Strategic Command WWII - War in Europe could not be downloaded. Please contact Matrix Games for help."

I finally uninstalled 1.13.1 and reinstalled the program, but have received the same results . . . I noticed also that, upon installation of the 1.13.1 hotfix, the opening title screen disappears (and, consequently, the check for update button). On the whole, it seems the update/installer function has gone south a bit, so you may want to check into this issue.

Okay, finally got this to install on the eighth attempt -- seems the 1.14 installer would hang up while trying to create the uninstall executable. Ironic, or appropriate . . . whatever.
