I can't find a way to scroll through or see the entire message from my opponent. Is there a way?

This was reported awhile back as a bug. I believe It will be addressed via a patch. It would be nice to read and comment to your opponent thru the diplomatic pouch.

The workaround for this
bug is to type shorter
sentences so they won't
get truncated. I've been
using messages about this
long in my DP and it's
been working out so far.
