Gold Edition:The game does not fit the screen

Advanced Tactics Gold Edition
I use Windows 10, and even chanching the resolution, parts of the game screen remain inaccessible... So, I can't press the button to start the games, because it is put at the bottom of the screen... out of my view.
How can I solve this problem?

I use windows 10 and have no such problem you need to set the screen to the size recognized by ATG.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

I did it, but it doesn't work... In the photo below (resolution 1024 x 768) the game screen is shorter, but the game doesn't fit correctly. It is even worst:
