The partisan can be placed on the oil in Palembang, thank you.
Although I think we need to check and see if the program handles the NEI oil to Japan correctly after the partisan is placed.

I think it could be trouble with the trading. Lets place the Partisan at Tarakan.

Lets not complicate things for the program. Tarakan and Balikpapan are listed as traded to Japan. That should, ofc, change if a partisan is placed on one of them but I do not trust that the program does so. I am, in fact, worried that the program may mess up things even if Palembang is affected and that oil is currently used by CW.
So, please, place the partisan in Palembang so that we have less complications during the end of turn. Also, Palembang should reduce the CW with two oil...
