Align Poland to CW? - Crash when answering with No.

At the start of a Global war scenario, when prompted "Align Poland to Commonwealth? If you do not, Poland will automatically surrender." I'm seeing a Mad Except instead when answering with No!

I don't suspect anyone would answer with No, but the game shouldn't crash if you do.

At one point it worked properly; see the AAR's where the Axis declared war on all the Allied major powers impulse three, and the Allies declared war on almost all neutrals impulse four.
